I agree to participate in the NTPYAC/NTPC sponsored Retreat and abide by camp rules and regulations set by camp organizers.  I understand that if my behavior during the camp is not acceptable such that it is harmful to others and deters others from enjoying the camp, the staff has the right to ask me to leave, in which my parents will have to come get me (which should be very embarrassing). And should a situation occur where emergency procedures are required, I allow the organizers/staff/advisors to perform any duties necessary.

I voluntarily assume all risk and responsibility for my physical condition and for any injuries or damages to my person or property that I might sustain.  I voluntarily release and discharge NTPYAC, NTPC, organizers, chaperones, advisors, helpers or agents for any injury or damage to my person or property due to negligence, carelessness, or any other fault.  It is further understood that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is binding on my heirs, personal representative(s), legal representative(s), successors, and assigns. This disclaimer does not cover misuse, accident, lightning, flood, tornado, tsunami, volcanic eruption, earthquake, hurricanes and other Acts of God, neglect, incorrect line voltage, improper or unauthorized use, broken antenna or marred cabinet, missing or altered serial numbers, removal of tag, electromagnetic radiation from nuclear blasts, sonic boom vibrations, customer adjustments that are not covered in this list, and incidents owing to an airplane crash, ship sinking or taking on water, motorvehicle crashing, dropping the item, falling rocks, leaky roof, broken glass, mud slides, forest fire, and/or projectile (which can include, but not be limited to, arrows, bullets, shot, BB's, paintball, shrapnel, lasers, napalm, torpedoes or emissions of X-rays, Alpha, Beta and Gamma rays, knives, stones, etc.)
